The main purpose of the blog is to discuss music and books and also to review music, performances, and books offering my recommendations.
As for the eclectic part of the title, my interests wander far and wide – music, politics, religion, business and I sometimes feel the need for a soapbox to talk about what I've discovered in my current readings and musings. So sometimes, you'll be treated (or subjected) to my opinions about things going in the world.
